Return Policy:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, exchanges and returns for a full refund are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been used, worn, or altered. Used glassware cannot be returned.
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
If you feel you received a damaged product, please follow the following procedure:
- You must request an RMA number by e-mail before the product can be returned. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, telephone number, item in question and a complete description of the problem. Typically, within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the completed request, you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and/or a postage paid return label and product return instructions.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are properly packed. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit that are a result of improper packing at the fault of the customer.
- Returned items must be complete without exception and must include a copy of your sales receipt.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping for non-fault returns.
- If the returned product is verified as being damaged, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
- Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing any refund or credit
- Any product returned without the original package or sales receipt that cannot be verified as our products
- Customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable. If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item(s)
- Any items returned after 30 days
- Any items returned without an RMA number and prior authorization

Shipping Policy:
General
- Most orders ship within 3-4 business days (excluding weekend and holidays - UPS and USPS do not pick up from our location on these days).
- Packages arrive via UPS or FedEx depending on the model of clock purchased.
